All our laptop batteries carry a 12-month warranty for any form of manufacturing defects.

Warranty protection does not cover:

1. Battery damage due to charging failure, alteration, negligence, abuse, accident, improper installation or freezing.
2. If it is from another merchant.
3. Loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages.
4. Misapplied or incorrectly sized batteries.
5. Batteries that have physical damage present.
6. Discharged batteries that can be recharged and returned to service.
